Protecting children from the risks of trafficking with Dottie Laster
A redM education event: Human trafficking can happen to anyone's child
Join us for an educational session with Dottie Laster on the 55 Things Parents and Grandparents Should Know when making informed decisions about the internet devices of the teens and young adults they are responsible for.
As a nationally recognized expert in the field of human trafficking, Dottie has been trained by the Department of Justice to educate law enforcement, businesses, and organizations on human trafficking and has been the architect and leader of human trafficking task forces and coalitions in many cities in the United States.
Over her career with Human Trafficking Victim Rescue Central, Dottie has encountered multiple cases allowing her to gain knowledge on how to keep caregivers informed of the tactics used by human traffickers and how to keep children and young adults out of harm's way.
